Types of Interest
- Interest is an amount added to a sum of money at a regular time interval
- Simple interest adds the same amount of money at each time interval
- Compound interest adds an increasing amount of money at each time interval
- Depreciation is an amount subtracted from a sum of money at a regular time interval
- Depreciation can be calculated using simple or compound percentage decreases
